| 摘 要： | 能力本位评价是高职教育教学评价的难点。我们尝试着从能力本位评价的基本理念、能力本位评价与传统评价的比较和能力本位评价的不同取向等几个方面进行理论研究，并开展了能力本位评价的实践探索，着力构建能力评价标准体系，逐步实行校本能力证书制度。
