| 摘 要： | 随着市场对创新型口译人才的需求日益增长，口译人才的培养成为各高校外语教学的主要目标。然而，由于各种原因，目前口译教学并不乐观。本文针对这些问题，从以下四个方面探讨创新型口译人才培养：了解市场需求，使高校口译教学与市场接轨；加强口译师资队伍建设；充分利用真实口译语料；培养学生创造性思维能力。
