E.huxleyi藻无机碳转运与藻龄及无机碳浓度的关系

摘    要:探讨了海洋浮游藻Emiliania huxleyi 无机碳利用的机制以及与藻龄间的关系.结果表明,E.huxleyi 细胞在其指数(生长) 期和静止( 生长) 期对无机碳利用的途经不同.指数期细胞是通过HCO3 - 直接吸收途径,同时还与钙化作用有关,而静止期细胞则是通过CO2 吸收途径,存在细胞外碳酸酐酶.

Abstract:The relationship between inorganic carbon utilization and culture age is investigated in Emiliania huxleyi.The results suggest that for Emiliania huxleyi the pathway of inorganic carbon utilization differs in exponential and stationary phase cells of the same culture.In exponential-phase cells,it requires a HCO - 3 uptake pathway,with some contribution from calcification,whereas in stationary-phase cells,it is a CO 2 uptake pathway with the presence of external carbonic anhydrase.
