| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨妈富隆与雌激素对青春期功能失调性子宫出血（功血）的治疗效果。方法：对47例青春期功血患者分别采用妈富隆（A组,25例）和雌激素加安宫黄体酮（B组,22例）治疗,观察两组止血时间及效果。结果：24h内控制出血A组7例,B组6例,差异无显著性（P〉0.05）。48h止血A组18例,B组8例,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。A组无突破性出血的表现,停药后无出血量过多等情况发生。结论：妈富隆治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血方法简便,安全性好,疗效显著,副作用少。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of marvelon and estrogen in treating puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods:47 patients with puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding were divided randomly into two groups and treated by marvelon and estrogen respectively.The time and effect when bleeding was stopped were observed.Results:In 24 hours,there were patients in group A and 6 patients in group B.whose hemorrhage was controlled,so there was no differeace(P>0.05)between two groups,but there was significant difference(P<0.05)in those patients whose bleeding was controlled in 48 hours:group A(18 patients),group B(8 patients).The patients in group A didn't show break-through bleeding and too much bleeding after drug withdrawal.Conclusion:Treatment for puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding by marvelon is simple,safe and effective and has few side effects. |
