| 摘 要： | 随着市场经济条件下大学生就业竞争的日趋激烈,作为弱势群体的就业问题就愈显突出.重视高校弱势群体就业是"立党为公,执政为民"和贯彻落实"以学生为本"育人理念的具体体现.面对就业压力,高等院校应在转变教育观念、改革人才培养模式、优化学科和专业结构的基础上,重视大学生社团建设.社团建设能促使学生成为"一专多能"的人才,能够增强毕业生从业后的主观能动性和适应能力,是拓宽就业渠道的前提条件.

| Abstract: | Because of the increasingly fierce competition of college student employment within the market economy, the employment of disadvantaged groups is becoming more obvious. Paying attention to this problem is the concrete embodiment of "the Party is built for the public and it exercises state power for the people" and carrying out the idea of " students first". Facing the pressure from the employment, the universities should put emphasis on the society building of college students on the basis of changing the educational ideas, reforming the patterns of training the talents, optimizing the construction of courses and majors. The society building, as a prerequisite of broadening the employment channels, can make the college students become the talent in one thing and good at many, and strengthen their subjective initiative and capacity to adjust to the new situation after they get jobs. |
