| 摘 要： | 大学生转专业已经成为当前高校的一个普遍现象。如何有效地帮助大学生成功实现转专业愿望,减少盲目性,促进其专业和个性发展,成为高校教育工作者的一个重要课题。本文结合理论研究和实践探索,从分析学生转专业的动因出发,通过对69名转专业大学生的专业指导和跟踪研究,提出了可行性的建议。

| Abstract: | Colledge students'changing specialities already becomes a current universal phenomenon in universities.How to help the college students effectively to chang specialities successfully,reduce blindness,and promote their specialities and individuality development,becomes an important topic.This article unifies the fundamental research and the practice exploration,analyzes the causes of college students' changing specialities,instructs 69 cases to chang specialities,then does lengthwise research.Finally,the author makes some feasible suggestions. |
