| 摘 要： | 海洋开发和利用离不开海洋工程．海洋工程是以海洋科学为基础，以开发和利用海洋各种资源为目的所建造的一系列工程结构物，以及为完成这一任务所需的技术和仪器设备．近海石油开发就是海洋工程的一个方面．本文以海洋开发中的工程结构物型式为依托，从固体力学、流体力学和土力学三个方面阐述了海洋工程中的若干力学问题，提出了海洋工程中力学问题的若干优先研究内容

| Abstract: | The ocean exploitation and utilization needs the introduction of ocean engineering. Ocean engineering is generally of to build a number of engineering constructors,instruments and equipment with ocean science and technology in order to exploit and utilize various ocean resources. Offshore oil exploitation and exploration does be one of ocean engineering. In this paper,several structural types in ocean exploitation and utilization are presents. Some mechanical problems related with those structures are described,which deal with the fields of solid,fluid and soil mechanics. Based on the state of Chinese offshore oil development,some research contents giving priority to consider in offshore engineering mechanics are presented in this paper. |
