应用块状生物活性陶瓷人工骨修复下颌骨大段骨缺损

摘    要:作者对56例因各种原因引起的下颌骨节段性缺损者采用大块状生物活性陶瓷人工骨进行同期修复,通过6个月至6年的随访,发现有45例术后无排异反应,骨与人工骨结合良好,创口Ⅰ期愈合,外形与功能恢复良好.其余病例尽管存在人工骨折断、移位及伤口感染等问题,但毕竟此方法为大段下颌骨缺损的修复提供了一种新手段.本文还就有关手术操作及并发症的防治和人工骨的改良等问题作了讨论

Abstract:This prospective study was undertaken to evaluate the use of porous bioglass ceramic block as bone substitute in mandibular segmental defect.Fifty six patients received a total of 56 block artificial bones to body of mandibule(17),body and ramus(25),bodies in two side and ramus(11),total mandibule(1),mental region(2).Forty five patients(80%) had no complication and showed excellent appearance and function.A remarkble clinic value of this method in improving jaw function and correcting facial diformity was shown.The complications such as fracture of block,loose in combination part and infection were discussed.In addition,improving the quality of the compound bioglass ceramic was also concerned.
