| Abstract: | The construction of the organizational culture within schools is at the core of the school management work.During the social transformation from ＂industrial civilization＂ to ＂ecological civilization＂,and along with the permeation of ecological management ideas into the field of school management,it is of great practical significance to carry out ecological studies over the organizational culture and management strategies of schools,so as to realize the sustainable and sound development of schools. |
