| 摘 要： | 农村水利多元化供给制度是提高水利设施运行效率的必然选择。根据183份调查问卷数据,运用主成分分析法与信度分析法对调查数据进行有效性检验,建立结构方程模型对农村水利产权制度效率影响因素进行实证分析,验证假设模型中产权制度效率的主要影响因素及其之间相互关系的正确性,并进一步检验先前的假设模型。在此基础上基于产权制度效率提出农村水利产权组织形式与供给模式选择方法,为农村水利产权改革决策提供参考。 |

| Abstract: | Diversified supply system is the inevitable choice of improving the efficiency of the rural water conservancy facilities. According to the 183 questionnaires survey data, by means of principal component analysis and reliability analysis of the survey data for the effectiveness test, the Structural Equation Modeling ( SEM ) is established to test the validity of the mutual relationships between the main influencing factors on organization efficiency of property rights system, and further test of the previous hypothesis model.Based on thesystemefficiency of property right, put forward property organization form of rural water conservancy and supply mode selection method, provide for decision-making reference on property rights reform of rural water conservancy. |
