| 摘 要： | 在我国高校队伍中“末流”高校的存在是客观事实，“末流”高校的学生来源于高考队伍中的低分层次，在心理和行为上都与其他高校学生各有异同，有针对性地对“末流”高校学生开展管理教育，是促进“末流”高校建设发展的重要环节，“末流”高校是客观事实，但“末流”高校的思想不能末流，管理上更要争一流。

| Abstract: | It is an undisputed fact that there are quite a number of inferior colleges in present China. The college freshmen enrolled into such colleges are those who have received lower marks in the entrance examinations.They are different from the freshmen in other institutions of higher learning in terms of psychology and social behavior. Therefore,it is vital important work to strengthen the supervision and ideological education of such college students in accordance with their special sharacteristics. The exsistance of inferior colleges is an objective fact,however,the ideological education of students of such colleges should not be inferior.On the contrary,in the work of ideological education and supervision of students,the colleges must try to outdo the other colleges. |
