| 摘 要： | 根据当前地方文献开发的现状，指出当前构建以区域性政府部门为主导，由高职院校图书馆发挥引领作用，多元合作构建区域性地方文献全文数据库系统，是解决当前地方文献重复性、盲目开发现状的有效途径，是促进区域性地方文献信息资源共建共享的有效方法。高职院校图书馆在地方文献建设过程中要抓住契机，综合运用人才优势、资源优势、技术优势，建设地方特色、校企合作、工学结合等三者合一的新型特色文献资源体系，走合作双赢的可持续发展道路。

| Abstract: | According to the status quo of local literature development, this paper points out that the construction of a local literature full-text data base system in which local government predominates, vocational college library plays a leading role is an effective way to solve the problems of repetition of local literature and blind development, and is also an effective method to promote the co-construction and sharing of local literature information resources. Talent advantage, resource advantage and technology advantage should be used to construct a new characteristic local literature resource system through a road of sustainable development of win-win cooperation. |
