| 摘 要： | 春秋时期，秦国经济有了进一步发展，新的封建生产关系开始产生，战国初年，简公、献公的改革更推动了封建经济成分和地主阶级力量的增长，为商鞅变法奠定了物质文化基础，宗法制在秦社会中根植不深，使秦的国家权力系统和机制呈现出开放、灵活、竞争的特点，秦得以敞国门纳贤才，为商鞅大刀阔斧的改革提供了极为有利的政治文化条件。秦人轻视德、仁、义，崇尚货利、积极进取的价值观驱使秦统治者极力追求权力和空间，促成教公下商鞅的君臣际遇，保证了变法的彻底进行。

On the Cultural Circumstances when SHANG Yang Made the Political Reform |

| Abstract: | The human beings have created colourful culture through long history practice, thus forming the cultural cirmstances in which the human beings exist themselves. In turn, they have made an important influence on the activities of People who exist in them. This paper analyses in detail the cultural circumstances when SHANG Yang made the political reform.Also it expounds they have a positive influence on SHANG Yang's political reform. |
