| 摘 要： | 新建企业如何利用企业文化建设构建其核心竞争力，打造企业软实力，有效处理发展效率与发展质量的关系，构建科学的企业管理机制，日益成为众多当前企业管理专业的热点课题。兖矿国泰化工有限公司作为一个新建的高科技煤化工企业，面对激励的市场环境形势，在取得骄人的市场业绩的同时，不遗余力的推进企业管理文化建设，一方面引入卓元绩效管理、信息化管理等科学管理模式，另一方面将企业文化作为提升管理境界，构建和谐企业的有力工具，进行了有益的尝试，取得了很好的经济和社会效益。

| Abstract: | It has become increasingly a hot topic for many contemporary enterprise management professionals to look into how newly established enterprise can utilize its building of corporate culttLre to establish its core competency, to create corporate soft power, to effectively handle the relationship between development efficiency ＆ development quality and formulate the scientific corporate management mechanism. Guotai Huagong, as a newly established high-tech coal industry, while facing extremely competitive marketing environment, has achieved excellent socio-economical efficiency by relentlessly pushing ahead with building of corporate management culture while accomplishing outstanding business performance. Concrrently, it has also introduced very scientific management model such as effective buaness management method ＆ information data management. By doing so, it has been using the corporate management as a tool to raise the management level and create a corporate harmony, which leads to excellent socio economical efficiency. |
