| 摘 要： | 从学院转型现实需要出发，结合部队具体实际，与时俱进地提出了军体教学训练新模式，并因时制宜有针对性地提出了构建军事体育训练新模式的具体对策。根据培训对象的专业需求，构建与任职需要相适应的多样化的训练体系，为学院转型实施军体教学提供参考。
