摘    要:以食用仙人掌的茎片为外植体,研究了食用仙人掌离体快繁的若干影响因素。结果表明,幼嫩的茎片较成熟的茎片易于进行表面消毒。适宜的培养基为:侧芽诱导MS+6-BA2.0mg/L NAA0.1mg/L,继代与增殖MS+6-BA2.0mg/L NAA0.1mg/L,培养21d,增殖倍数6.9,生根培养基为1/2 MS+NAA0.1mg/L,称载基质为泥碳:珍珠岩=1:1,成活率98%。

Abstract:With the shoots as explants,the effects of different factors on fast in vitro reproduction of Opuntia milpa alta haw are examined. The results showed that the young shoots were easier to be disinfected than the old shoots. MS + 6-BA 2.0 mg/L + NAA 0.1mg/L proved to be an ideal medium for lateral bud induction and MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L +NAA 0.1 mg/L for subculture and micropropagation, and propagation rate after three weeks was 690%. Rooting medium was 1/2MS + NAA 0.1 mg/L.If the transplant medium contained peat-lite substrate (50% peat and 50% pearlite),the survival percentage was 98%.
