《运动生理学》教学模式创新及实践研究

摘    要:目的:探讨高校《运动生理学》课程的创新型教学模式。方法:以体育学院体育教育专业2006级和 2007级的学生为实验对象,分为对照班和实验班,对照班为传统授课模式,实验班为创新型教学模式。结 果:实验班学生对教师的教学质量评价明显高于对照班;实验班的理论和实验考核成绩都明显高于对照班 ;实验班学生对课的满意度明显高于对照班。结论:《运动生理学》的创新型教学模式是合理的,是卓有 成效的。旨在为高校理论课教学模式的创新和探讨提供参考。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the innovative teaching model of "Exercise Physiology" in college. Methods: The experimental subjects were divided into control and experimental classes from Physical Institute of Physical Education 2006 and 2007, and the control classes used the traditional teaching model, and the experimental class used innovative teaching model. Results: The teaching quality evaluation of experimental class was significantly higher than the control class; and the theoretical and experimental test results of experimental class are significantly higher than the control classes; and the lesson satisfaction in experimental class was significantly higher than the control classes. Conclusion: "Exercise Physiology" innovative teaching model is reasonable, is fruitful. Aims to provide a reference for innovation and explore of the theory class teaching mode in university.
