| Abstract: | Chen Zai who is the Number One Scholar in Jin Dynasty comes from Tang＇an of Gaoping city. He put forward the suggestion actively after he had got the honor of Number One Scholar. Chen＇s family leaves the grand house and the ancestors are native in Yingchuan. His descendant advocates education which is very outstanding. |
