| 摘 要： | 高校《形势与政策》课程，作为最能捕捉我国改革开放和现代化建设新时期特征的高校思想政治理论课，非常重要。调查分析认为，目前高校《形势与政策》课程教学形势、教学效果总体较好，存在的突出的矛盾和问题是“理论性教学”和“实践性教学”之间的关系和矛盾，“教师导向”和“学生面向”之间的关系和矛盾，以及学生“知”与“行”的关系和矛盾；解决这些矛盾和改进提高《形势与政策》课程教学的主要出路和措施是推进实践教学战略、面向学生战略、优师战略以及优化学风战略等。

| Abstract: | Ever since the set-up of "situation and Policies" course in some colleges and universities,certain achievements have been obtained,and a great deal of experience has been accumulated,However,some existing problems are still worrisome,including the relation between "theoretical teaching" and "practical teaching","teacher-oriented" and "student-oriented","learning" and "action",etc.The paper puts forwards some methods to solve the problem. |
