| 摘 要： | 秘书的劳动价值具有间接性、隐匿性的特点，其劳动成果往往容易被忽略。本文从经济价值、社会价值两方面对秘书的劳动价值进行阐述，以便于正确认识，测定和评价秘书的劳动成果，科学地实施秘书工作管理，保护秘书人员的工作积极性。
