摘    要:集群式供应链内制造型小微企业作为外包商可向核心企业提供配套产品,通过研究单个核心企业与小微企业集群之间基于负荷均衡的协同生产批量计划问题,将小微企业之间的生产负荷率均衡作为批量计划的约束条件,以生产成本、生产调整成本、库存成本与运输成本之和的总成本最小为目标,构建了负荷均衡约束下的批量计划模型,并采用分支定界法,借助lingo软件对优化目标进行求解.计算结果表明,构建的模型和提出的算法能得到较为满意的解,基于负荷均衡的协同生产批量计划可以有效提升小微企业之间生产负荷率均衡程度,有利于小微企业集群制造资源的合理配置,促进其协调发展.

Abstract:Small and micro enterprises of cluster supply chain could provide product for cluster core enterprise by outsourcing co-production, based on load equilibrium capacitated lot-sizing problem for cooperated enterprises is studied. The model of this problem, whose object is to minimize the total costs of production costs, inventory costs, setup costs and transportation costs under the constraint condition of load equilibrium is put forward, and is solved by Lingo based on the branch and bound method. The simulation results indicate that the proposed model and algorithm are able to produce satisfactory solutions. The lot-sizing policy based on production load equilibrium can make the production load of enterprises of industry cluster equilibrium. The study results in this paper are expected to play a significant role in the manufacturing resources rational deployment in industrial sectors.
