| 摘 要： | 知识资源是知识经济时代企业创新的关键,而当今企业创新越来越呈现开放式的特点,因而提出了以企业内部和外部知识资源融合为主线,构建企业知识资源协作网络的构想,为企业创新服务的开展提供资源与数据分析的依据.在网络模型的基础上,提出网络外延度与网络外延多样度、节点融合度的网络特性参数,用以分析企业吸引、转化外部知识的潜力与水平,揭示企业外部知识资源的数量与种类的多样性及企业的吸收能力.最后提出基于知识资源协作网络的创新服务框架为企业创新管理提供实践指导.

| Abstract: | Knowledge resources are the key to innovation in the knowledge economy era, and now the characteristic of enterprise innovation is more open. Therefore, we proposed the idea of modeling collaborative network of knowledge resources, which was based on the integration of internal and external knowledge resources. The network could provide the analysis of resources for enterprise innovation. On the basis of the network model, we proposed epitaxial degree, epitaxial diversity degree and convergence degree. These parameters could analyze companies＇ ability of attracting and transforming the external knowledge and reveal the diversity of knowledge resources outside and the absorptive capacityof enterprise. Finally, we proposed innovation service framework based on the collaborative network of knowledge resources for innovation management. |
