| 摘 要： | 随着互联网的出现,图书馆发展进入了网络化、数字化的新阶段。图书馆信息资源建设的对象包括传统的印刷型文献、电子出版物和网络信息在内的涵盖范围较广的信息资源。图书馆信息资源建设的手段,不仅包括对文献的收藏,也应包括对光盘信息、网上信息的组织、导航和租用。所以,图书馆不能只局限于向用户提供文献,而应提供包括本馆文献在内的所有网络上的可获得的信息。

| Abstract: | because of the birth of internet,the development of library mouse into a new phase,which is networked and digitized.The construction of library information resources includes a wide range of information,such as traditional pointed references electronic publications and network information.The approach of constructing library information resources should include not only the collection of references but also the organization,guidance and rental of information from CD.ROM and internet.Therefore,library should offer not only references but all the information available from internet to the user. |
