| 摘 要： | 日本从1886年开始实行义务教育,依靠国民的重视与支持、经费和法律的保障、充足和高质量的教师队伍等条件,到1948年全面普及了九年义务教育。普及速度之快是罕见的。阐述了日本义务教育的普及过程、日本得以迅速全面普及和巩固义务教育的原因,及其对我国当前全面普及和巩固义务教育工作的启示。

| Abstract: | Japan had implemented compulsory education since 1886,and had popularized nine-year compulsory education in an all-round way by 1948,depending on such conditions as people's attention and support,the guarantee of funds and law,sufficient and high-quality teachers,etc,which is a rare event to do so at such high speed.This text explains the course of its' compulsory education,the reason why Japan can do so rapidly in an all-round way,and what China can learn from Japan in this respect. |
