| Abstract: | With the methods of literature,statistics and comprehensive analysis,the paper states the different opinions and experimental evidences about the issue that whether training can change the fiber type of skeletal muscle or not,and the influences of training on skeletal muscle fibers. The study tries to let people understand the researches about the relation of fiber type with gene and training and show the special view of the study. |
