我国普通高校体育课程改革的现状及对策

摘    要:在育人为本教育理念的指导下,采用文献资料法、访谈调查法、综合分析法等对我国普通高校体育课程改革现状进行了调查和分析研究。研究结果表明,目前体育课程改革的理念进一步明确,课程结构呈开放性、内容呈广泛性,课程教学方法日趋科学化,课程评价趋于理性化。但在体育课程改革中育人为本还没有成为指导体育课程改革带有全局性的教育理念,体育课程结构、内容、方法和评价等方面还没有形成连贯一体的育人体系,体育课程教学中教师的主导作用和学生的主体地位还没有做到协调统一等深层次的问题,并未得到根本性解决,分析了其产生的原因,提出了相应的改革对策,旨在为我国普通高校体育课程改革提供理论和实践参考。
