| 摘 要： | 基于OECD的分类标准,利用显示性竞争力指数和贸易专业化指数两个指标对1999—2008年中国高新技术产品的国际竞争力进行了比较分析,结果显示:与美国、德国、日本和新加坡相比,中国高新技术产品的整体国际竞争力较弱,但不同产品存在显著的差异。10年来中国高新技术产品整体国际竞争力得到了一定的提升,但不同产品同样存在显著的差异。据此结果,中国应该调整高新技术产品贸易和高新技术产业的发展战略。
