| 摘 要： | 创造出可利用的空间是足球比赛获胜的先决条件，“一次性触球”就能创造出可利用空间。“一次性触球”作为创造可利用空间的有效手段，增加视野，决策果断，把握球速、积极移动就能提高其战术配合的质量，日常训练中要注意不断提高队员的技战术素养，并养成良好的打法习惯，比赛时才会获得良好地战术效果。

Thus, in the daily training, it is important to help the playersget hold of one-time-touch-ball techniques. |
