| 摘 要： | 职业教育是我国重要的高等教育类型之一,随着职业教育体制深化改革,构建现代化职教体系是当前我国职业教育发展的重要任务。针对目前职业教育内涵建设不充分、体制机制建设不完善、社会认可度不高、发展动力和后劲不足等问题,学习借鉴德国、瑞士等发达国家基于“双元制”的职业教育理念,分析其职业教育的背景、经验、特点与不足,按照《国家职业教育改革实施方案》精神,结合当前国家职业教育改革的发展方向,提出构建我国现代职教体系的新思考,为构建先进示范职教体系提供理论支撑。

| Abstract: | Vocational education is one of the two important types of higher education in China.With the deepening reform of vocational education system,it becomes a vital task to construct a modern vocational education system in China.Aiming at solving the inadequacies facing now in China's vocational education like insufficient inner construction;incomplete system and mechanism construction;low level of social recognition;and under-powered development,etc.,this paper,by learning from the dual vocational system in Germany and Switzerland,analyzes the background,characteristics and insufficiency of their vocational education systems,and puts forward new thoughts on the construction of China's modern vocational education system in accordance with the spirit of the National Plan for the Implementation of Vocational Education Reform and based on the current development of our national vocational education reform,in an attempt to provide theoretical support for constructing advanced demonstration vocational education system in China. |
