社区体医融合运动干预对中老年人心血管疾病危险因子聚集的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨基于社区环境体医融合运动干预对中老年人心血管疾病危险因子聚集现象的影响。方法:选取合肥市庐阳区四里河街道具有肥胖(含超重)、高血糖、高血压、高血脂等四类心血管疾病危险因素中两类以上聚集的中老年志愿者103名,实施30周,每周两次,每次90分钟健身舞蹈和民族传统体育的有组织运动干预结合有监控和反馈的自主体育锻炼,观察肱踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)与踝臂指数(ABI)、动脉血压、身体成分、血糖、血脂、血浆葡萄糖甘油三酯乘积指数(TyG)等指标。结果:与实验前相比,实验后中老年男性和女性体脂率、腰臀比均降低(P<0.05),肌肉比无显著变化(P>0.05),实验后中老年男性和女性血浆总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均显著降低(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)升高,但差异不显著(P>0.05),实验后中老年人空腹血糖(G)、TyG显著降低(P<0.05),实验后中老年人baPWV和ABI显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:社区体医融合运动干预能有效改善中老年人血脂环境、优化体成分、降低葡萄糖甘油三酯指数,进而减轻胰岛素抵抗、降低动脉血压、维持动脉血管弹性,抑制中老年人心血管病聚集危险因子,对中老年人群心血管疾病的发生和发展具有显著的抵抗作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of community-based sport and medicine fusion exercise intervention on the accumulation of cardiovascular disease risk factors in middle-aged and elderly.Method A total of 103 middle-aged and elderly volunteers were selected from silihe street,luyang district,hefei,who had more than two clusters of four cardiovascular risk factors,including obesity(including overweight),hyperglycemia,hypertension and dyslipidemia,perform 30 weeks,twice a week,90 minutes of fitness dance and traditional sports organized sports intervention combined with monitoring and feedback of the independent exercise,watch brachial ankle pulse wave conduction velocity(baPWV)and ankle arm index(ABI),arterial blood pressure,body composition,blood glucose,blood lipids,plasma glucose,triglyceride product index(TyG),and other indicators.Results Compared with before the experiment,the body fat rate and waist-hip ratio of middle-aged and elderly men and women decreased after the experiment(P<0.05),but there was no significant change in muscle ratio(P>0.05).Compared with before the experiment,plasma total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)were significantly decreased in middle-aged and elderly men and women after the experiment(P<0.05),while high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)was increased,but the difference was not significant(P>,0.05).Compared with before the experiment,fasting glucose(G)and TyG were significantly decreased in middle-aged and old people after the experiment(P<0.05).Compared with before the experiment,baPWV and ABI were significantly decreased in the middle-aged and elderly after the experiment(P<0.05).Conclusion Community-based sport and medicine fusion exercise intervention can effectively improve the elderly blood lipid environment,optimization of body composition,reduce glucose,triglyceride index,thus reduce insulin resistance,lower blood pressure,maintain artery vascular elasticity,inhibit the middle-aged and old heart vascular disease risk factors,it has significant resistance to the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases in middle-aged and elderly population.
