| 摘 要： | 辅导员在大学生创新创业过程中发挥着至关重要的作用,辅导员通过全方位指导大学生进行创新创业,可以提升大学生的创新创业能力,降低大学生的就业压力。基于此,该文以辅导员在大学生创新创业教育中的工作定位为切入点,阐述了大学生创新创业教育的现状,并对辅导员推进大学生创新创业教育的工作方法进行了进一步探讨。

| Abstract: | Counselors play a vital role in the innovation and entrepreneurship process of college students.Through counselors'guidance of college students in innovation and entrepreneurship in an all-round way,college students'innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities can be improved and their employment pressure can be reduced.Based on this,taking the orientation of counselors in the innovation and entrepreneurship education of college students as the starting point,this paper expounds the current situation of the innovation and entrepreneurship education of college students,and further explores the working methods of counselors to promote the innovation and entrepreneurship education of college students. |
