| 摘 要： | 目前,我国正处于知识经济时代,加上我国市场经济体制改革深化,人们的竞争意识越加强烈,并面临着越发严峻的挑战,唯有不断提升自我,才能更好地适应社会变化,驱动着教育普及化、大众化。同时,基于国家的大力支持,高职院校不断发展,招生数量有所增长,学生的个性化差异日臻突出,形成了生源多元化的现象,这对高职院校思想政治教育工作组织提出了新的要求。该文基于对生源多元化的相关解析,以此为切入视角,着重就高职院校思想政治教育有效策略进行了探究。

| Abstract: | In the era of knowledge economy,coupled with the deepening of China's market economic system reform,people's awareness of competition has become stronger and they are facing more and more severe challenges.Only by constantly improving themselves can they better adapt to social changes and drive the popularization of education.At the same time,based on the strong support of the state,higher vocational colleges have continued to develop and the number of enrollment has increased.Their individualized differences have become increasingly prominent,forming a phenomenon of diversified student sources,so new requirements have been put forward for the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.Based on the relevant analysis of diversified student sources,and taking this as an entry perspective,this paper focuses on the research on the effective strategies of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges. |
