| 摘 要： | 高校主题班会是对大学生进行素质教育的基本途径之一,如何对主题班会进行定位和开展是学校管理者要面临的重要课题。高校辅导员应该从实际出发,对主题班会的现状进行分析,找出需要研究和解决的问题。要＂明确主题班会的定位＂、＂建立规范的管理制度和评价体系,提供相应的支持＂、＂创新工作方法,开好主题班会＂。

| Abstract: | Class meetings in university is primary means of improving college students＇ overall qualities,how to orient the class meeting is an important subject for the administrators in university.This paper starts from reality,analyzes the present situation of class meetings,puts forward the questions which need resolve.Then analyzes the conducting in class meeting from three aspects：ascertains class meetings＇ orientation;builds up a complete administrative system,provides support;looks for innovative ways to carry out the class meetings. |
