| 摘 要： | 针对目前冲压行业普遍存在的汽车覆盖件拉深质量问题,介绍板料成形CAE软件DYNAFORM在拉深工艺中的应用,阐明板料成形有限元分析的一般步骤。结合某汽车覆盖件的拉深工艺仿真预测可能出现的质量缺陷,根据仿真结果分析并制定有效的预防措施。经过实际试模后进一步验证了分析结果的准确性。

| Abstract: | Focusing on the problem of the drawing quality on the die mold industry, this paper introduces the application of CAE sofeware DYNAFORM in the drawing process. Through forecasting the disfigurement on the die drawing combining the auto body stamping draw simulation, preventing step was formulated based on the simulat- ing result. The try-mold validates the veracity of the result analyzed. |
