水流量标准实验装置变频调速系统设计

摘    要:针对多台离心式水泵作为动力源的水流量标准实验装置,利用变频调速技术,设计一套具有显著节能效果的多变频调速系统,保证离心泵工作在高效区,实现转速调节,克服流量调节阀的节流损失。解决了高位水塔供水产生水塔溢流造成的严重能量浪费。水流量标准实验装置供水系统也进行了技术改造。运行结果表明,各项性能指标达到预期的目的。

Abstract:Aiming at many centrifugal water pumps as motive power in the water-flow standard apparatus,using variable-frequency to change the rotational speed,designing a set variable-frequency system of saving resources remarkably,making sure centrifugal water pumps work at the high efficiency area,realizing the rotational speed’s regulation,and overcoming flow-raegulation valve’s throttle loss should be done.The system solves serious energy waste of water tower’s overflow,thereby,reforming the water-flow standard apparatus.As a result,a variety of properties target can be achieved for the expectable purpose.
