| 摘 要： | "企业经营沙盘模拟"是基于ERP管理思想和体验式学习理论发展起来的、近年来广泛应用于经济管理类专业教学的一门课程。结合教学实践,总结了企业经营沙盘模拟趣味性、竞争性、系统集成性、团队合作性等特点,提出了激发学生创新精神、锻炼学生实践能力、提高学生沟通技能等教学目标。

| Abstract: | The sand table simulation for enterprise business has been widely spread to use in economic management teaching in resent years,it is based on ERP management thought and experiential-learning theory.Combined with teaching practice,this paper summarizes the course’s features,such as interesting,competition,system integration and team cooperation.The teaching goals of inspiring students’ innovation spirit,training practical ability and improving communication skills are put forward. |
