| 摘 要： | 要把工业园区推向“质量型”的快车道，人力资源特别是高级技术人才的本地化配置问题显得尤为突出。职业教育具有鲜明的双重需求主体特征，成功实现职业教育与园区经济的人才对接，是实现园区产业结构优化最为现实有力的途径．是园区经济发展的重要基础。职业院校应根据工业园区的产业特点，切实提高社会化水平。大力促进职业教育与园区经济交构与融合的“双螺旋”互动发展。

| Abstract: | Push industrial park to the ＂quality＂ turnpike, human resource, especially the localization allocation problem of senior technical talent is particularly prominent. Vocational education has subject features of dual needs, realization on talent Joint of vocational education and garden economy is the most effective way to achieve optimization of garden industrial structure, and the important foundation of garden economy development. Vocational colleges should base on the industrial features of industrial park, and truly improve socialization level, vigorously promote integration of vocational education and garden economy, and the interactive development of ＂double helix＂. |
