| 摘 要： | 2004年学者们着重从以下几个方面对高等教育管理体制改革进行了探讨：在改革现状研究方面,研究者从高等教育资源配置和权力配置的角度进行了分析,认为资源配置和权力配置是高等教育管理体制中的两大难点,它们的运行机制对整个高等教育系统的健康运转具有重要的影响;在理论探讨方面,研究者从不同的视角对高等教育管理体制改革进行了研究,对高等教育管理体制、办学自主权、举办者、管理者和办学者等进行了理论上的分析;在改革策略方面,研究者对高等教育办学体制改革、政府角色与职能及资本运营等进行了探讨.
