| 摘 要： | 如何进一步规范高校的采购行为,以适应政府采购的要求,做到仪器设备工作的规范化管理,是高校研究的一个重要课题,该文根据目前仪器设备采购工作存在的问题,在仪器设备采购的规范化管理、强化监察审计、提高投资效益等方面作了有益的探索。
