| 摘 要： | 非营利组织对社会资源的广泛汲取,必然产生对资源效用的社会期待。该文梳理了当前非营利组织与政府部门、企业部门的资源依赖现实,比较分析了非均衡互动关系下的政府问责和角色期待中的社会问责,特别是从资源依赖视角下探讨非营利组织的公共问责与自主性维持。

| Abstract: | Non-profit organizations draw a wide range of social resources, so social expectations on the effectiveness will be reasonable. This paper make a comparative analysis of the survival of accountability of non-profit organizations, specifically examined the government accountability under the unbalanced interaction and social accountability under the role expectation. |
