| 摘 要： | 近年来，普通高校本科生就业难已成为不争的事实。这一局面的形成有许多原因，其中就业能力不强是重要原因之一，高校人才培养定位及以此为基础的人才培养模式是决定因素之一。文章就此试做探讨，以期对普通高校本科生培养模式的创新与改革提供参考。

| Abstract: | In recent years, college undergraduates Employment has become an indisputable fact. The formation of this situation a number of reasons, including the employability of college undergraduates is an important reason is not strong. However, the factors restricting their employability Higher education is mainly training mode. So to ease the employment pressure on university students have to re--examine the fundamental way to university undergraduate education and vocational orientation to undergraduate education and the community, consistent with the actual needs of enterprises. This article try to do this study to the general college undergraduate education and occupation in re--positioning. |
