| 摘 要： | 在高校图书馆数字化建设已经相当普及的今天，参考咨询服务也已经逐步成为数字图书馆服务项目的一个重点。如何对现有的参考咨询服务方式进行创新、改革，写入了图书馆员们讨论的议程中。创新是当今时代发展的鲜明特征，现代图书馆发展的本质也在于创新，文章着重论述了如何进行高校图书馆参考咨询服务的创新。
