泰州地区三种蜂花粉营养成分分析

摘    要:测定分析了泰州地区荷花、山茶花、油菜花3种花粉的水分、灰分、蛋白质、粗脂肪、总糖、氨基酸、维生素C的含量。结果表明其中荷花花粉水分、灰分、粗脂肪和氨基酸总量最高;山茶花花粉维生素C含量最高;油菜花花粉水分含量最低,蛋白质、总糖含量最高。测定结果为花粉产品的市场开发利用提供了参考依据。

Abstract:Moisture,ash,protein,crude fat,total sugar,amino acids,vitamins of the lotus,camellia,rape’s pollen were measured and analyzed in Taizhou.The results show that the lotus pollen,moisture,ash,fat and amino acids were the highest;vitamin C of camellia pollen is the highest;moisture of rape pollen is the lowest,while protein and total sugar are the highest.The results will provide a reference for the market development and utilization of pollen.
