| 摘 要： | 肩负文化传承与创新使命的高等教育，其发展的源动力联系于爱的情感。基于此，切实建树和践行“大爱”理念，在文化传承的基础上创新人才培养方式，有利于更好地推进高校德育，由此优化文化立校的自觉，坚定文化兴校的自信，推动文化强校的自为。从而探索高校建设的立校之本、兴校之魂、强校之路。

| Abstract: | Shoulder the cultural inheritance and innovation of the mission of higher education,the source for the development linked to the emotion of love.Based on this,the practical achievements and practice the concept of "Big Love" on the basis of the cultural heritage of innovation personnel training methods,is conducive to better promoting the moral education,thus optimizing the culture of the school legislation conscious,firm culture school’s self-confidence,promote the culture of strong school self,to explore and optimize the school legislation of the university building,the soul of the Xing school,high school road. |
