| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、问卷调查等方法,对四川甘孜自治州、阿坝藏族羌族自治州、凉山彝族自治州少数民族地区居民体育现状进行了调查分析,结果表明：参与体育锻炼的居民大多选择简便易行、对场地要求不高、消费性支出不显著的运动项目进行自发的体育锻炼,而大多数居民不参与体育锻炼的主要原因是缺乏余暇时间和劳动后的身心疲惫。针对这种现状,提出优先为行政村开展全民健身活动,提供必要的人、财、物方面的扶持和帮扶力度等对策和建议。

| Abstract: | By using the methods of documents,questionnaire,this article studies the status quo of the residents' sports activities in national minorities areas of Ganzi,A pa,and Liangshan autonomous prefecture in Sichuan province;and aimed this situation,it proposes that human resources,financial and material support should be provided for village priority,and such support should be strengthened more deeply. |
