| 摘 要： | 高等院校作为培养新世纪人才的重要场所 ,其学生文化素质的高低 ,直接关系到我国未来国民素质的优劣 ,而音乐是丰富学生精神生活 ,陶冶情操的有效途径之一。组织校园学生管乐队则能从更高的层面上提高学生的素质和修养 ,在校园精神文明建设方面也起到了一定的推动作用。文章从乐队成员、乐器的配备、人员编制、组织机构、集中管理等五个方面谈了高校管乐队的组织建设工作 ,并就如何有效训练进行了详尽的阐述
