| 摘 要： | 鸦片问题是近代以来严重的社会问题，其解决始终是中国近代政治与社会改革的重要目标。历届旧政府均曾作过禁烟的努力，但只有在新中国成立以后，这一问题才得到基本彻底的解决。本文通过对建国初期禁烟毒运动及其成效的考察，揭示了其成功的历史启示。

| Abstract: | The opinm problem has always been a serious social problem in the modern history in China. The solution to this problem has always been an important goal of modern political and sorial reform in China. The governments of the old times all made some efforts to ban on opium-smoking and the opium trade. But only after the founding of New China, was this problem solved thoroughly. Through his close study of the ban on opium-smoking and the opinm trade after the founding of New China, the author shows us the great success of the movement and its historical significance. |
