| 摘 要： | 在乡村振兴战略实施过程中,农村基层党组织作为中国共产党在乡村振兴战略实施过程中的“战斗堡垒”,要发挥好“农业强”“农村美”“农民富”的作用,引领农业、农村、农民进一步发展。农村基层党组织建设中党员队伍结构不合理、组织力不强、政策宣传不够、干部腐败等问题直接影响到基层党组织引领力的提升。因此,吸收和发展新党员,提升基层党员文化素质;加强流动党员管理,发挥党员的模范先锋作用;搭建互联网平台,创新宣传方式;加强基层党组织思想、作风和制度建设均为可行的建设路径。

| Abstract: | With the implementation process of rural revitalization strategy,farmers’ yearning for a better life of "Strong Agriculture","Beautiful Countryside" and "Rich Farmers" is increasingly urgent.As the "Battle Fort" in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,rural basic level party organizations need to play a stronger leading role in promotion further development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.While the unreasonable structure of the Party member’ team,insufficient organization and the policy publicity as well the corruption of cadres,which directly affect the promotion of the leadership of grass-roots Party organization.Therefore,there are some feasible measures in this paper to build the rural basic level party organizations.Firstly,it is necessary to absorb and foster new Party member and also enhance the cultural quality of Party member.Secondly,we should strengthen the management of floating Party member and give play to the exemplary role of Party member.Thirdly,to improve publicity methods is needed to build an Internet platform.Finally,it is crucial of constructing of the thought,working style and institution of the basic level Party organization. |
