| 摘 要： | 笔者认为分层教学是适应新时期体育教学发展要求的有效的教学模式。将学生、备课、讲课、练习四个方面分层教学，可创设和谐的课堂气氛，有利于学生的智力开发与个性塑造，从而提高教学效果。
