| 摘 要： | 本研究采用卡特尔16种个性因素问卷,对324名小学教师的人格特征进行了研究.结果表明(1)从总体而言,城市小学教师的人格特征状况良好.(2)女教师的乐群性、敏感性、幻想性、世故性、忧虑性、新环境成长诸因素显著高于男教师;男教师的好强性、兴奋性显著高于女教师,男教师比女教师更外向.(3)中年教师和老年教师的人格特征差异不大,青年教师和中、老年教师差异较大中、老年教师在稳定性、有恒性、控制性、感情与机警、专业成就、新环境成长等方面显著高于青年教师;而青年教师的兴奋性、敏感性、幻想性、怯懦与果敢得分显著高于中、老年教师.(4)不同学历的小学教师的人格特征存在一定的差异.主要表现在具有大专、本科学历的小学教师更富创造力,也更果敢,同时幻想性得分也高;而具有高中、中师学历的小学教师的有恒性显著高于具有大专、本科学历的小学教师;此外,具有本科学历的小学教师的敏感性得分最高.

| Abstract: | Using Cattell questionnare with 16 personal factors, the author has done a research on the personality of 324 elementary school teachers. The findings show:(1) Generally speaking the conditions of the personality of the elementary school teachers in the urban areas are good. (2) Factors such as collectiveness, sensitivity, fancy, worldliness, and melancholy among women teachers are geater than those of male teachers, while the male teachers are more anxious to excel others, more easily to be excited, and more extroverted. (3) There is less difference of personality among middle-aged and aged teachers, while more difference from the young teachers. The middle-aged and aged teachers' stability, perseverance, controlling ability, emotion, alertness, and professional achievements are better than those of the young teachers, while the young teachers' excitement, sensibility, fancy, cowardice and determination make a better score. (4) There is some difference among teachers of different academic background. Teachers with college and university certificates are more creative, more determined and more fancy, while teachers with secondary school certificates are more perseverant. And lastly, teachers with 4-year university diploma are most sensitive. |
